Shipping & Return Policy:

1. Shipping Policy
You can be assured that your order will be processed fast while being delivered safely. 

When an order is placed, estimation dates of your delivery is based on the availability of your item or items, in conjunction with the shipping method chosen - plus your shipment’s destination. 
 
Items in stock are commonly shipped out within 2-3 business days. However in some cases may take 1 - 2 weeks.
  
2. Shipping Charges 
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order amount, the desination and the shipping method selected. This of course does 'not' include applicable taxes'. Purchases over $500 are entitled to free shipping. 

3. Return and/or Exchange and Cancellation Policy: Above all else our aim is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase:

a) Returns: Before returning a parcel, it is required that you contact Titan Lighting in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number - this is the number that will be placed on the returning package. The Return Authorization Number (RAN #) must be clearly marked and noticeable on the shipping box to be returned. Also Returned packages must include all of the original manuals, items, and the invoice or sales receipt.

Store credit will be issued in some cases to recover our expenses on processing, packing, shipping, customs duties etc.:

b) Regular Returns: Refunds for items will be processed provided item(s) are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be issued in order to cover our handling and packaging, and part of that also includes payment processing costs and initial shipping expenses. Furthermore the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and potential insured return shipping charges/costs.


c) Undamaged/Unopened merchandise: The purchase price of the product will be refunded less a formal 10% restocking fee which covers expenses on our end such as packaging, handling and payment processing costs - however the the customer must pay for shipping expenses. Moreover customers will be responsible for insured return shipping charges.

d) Unassembled yet open merchandize: Items must be received within 3 business days of the receipt of the parcel. In this case you will receive the purchase price of the product less 20% restocking fee, plus original shipping expenses. Moreover the customer will be responsible for insured return shipping.


e) Items Damaged in Transit: If you decide to return item(s) that were damaged in transit where there is no replacement - in this case a store credit will be issued as soon as the claim is processed by the carrier. In addition a store credit will be based on the purchase price. And customers will be need to check/report with the courier about return shipping due to the item being damaged in transit. 

f) The following is not eligible for returns: Formerly (already) assembled and/or partially assembled merchandise. Accessories and bulbs.

All returns will be subjected for inspection before shipping out, and the customer will be responsible for missing parts or if damages occurred via transit.  All 'applicable' returns are issued as store credit, Titan Lighting will not be held accountable for brokerage/customs fees, taxes, duties etc [if applicable].
 
Cancellation
In this case you can only cancel your order given that the order has not been shipped out yet.
